Digitizing documents is a cost effective method of distributing information by saving on printing, binding, storage and distribution cost. Portable Document Format (PDF) is a modern paperless environment in which your information is available for use on other computers worldwide regardless of operating system or whether or not the viewer has the program that was originally used to created the document. Viewers will be able to print the documents according to their needs, without being able to edit your original document. Forms of all types may also be digitized and the viewer can complete them electronically and then submit them by E-mail, post or fax.
Information may be published on Compact Disc (CD) or the web in PDF. Bookmarks, hypertext links, thumbnails and the ability to validate the documents with a unique signature are a few of the many features available to you with digital documents.
