of Ethics
At Pepperdine and Ostil
we practice a high standard of professional ethics and services. We have formalized
these standards into a Code of Ethics for the benefit of our clients because
we believe it is the right way to conduct business. Because we operate faithfully
within a code, Pepperdine and Ostil's has developed a reputation for providing
sound and ethical services. We undertake to:
- Maintain the highest
standards of conduct in our dealings with clients, consultants, and competitors
- Ensure that our terms
of business are fully understood by the client before undertaking any assignment
- Not accept an assignment
if we believe any conflict of interest may arise
- Respect the confidentiality
of all parties including retaining the anonymity of the client unless approval
for disclosure has been given
- Ensure that an appropriate
level of contact is maintained during negotiation, execution and after completion
of an assignment
